Terror attack in Brussels, Obama's historic trip to Cuba

After a series of terror attacks in Brussels killed more than 30 people, including two Americans, the United States has renewed its fight against Islamic State militants. Defense Secretary Ash Carter announced that a special operations team killed ISIS' second-in-command in a raid this week.
