Today the federal reserve raised its key rate in an effort to fight inflation. And, tougher water restrictions are now in place across San Diego County – which is leading a lot of people to pull out their lawns. Then, dangerous riptides pulled three graduating high school seniors to sea, two were saved by lifeguards while SD Fire-Rescue Department is still in search of the third missing teen.
