Former rock guitarist Tommy Girvin is using music as an educational tool.
For the past 26 years, Tommy Girvin has been touring the world as a writer, lead guitarist and musical director for the rock singer Eddie Money. Today, he spends most of his time visiting schools and attending other events in the Tampa Bay area, putting an educational spin on the art of music for children as "Mr. Tommy."
