Madison's Mt. Zion inspirational choir sings in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. and his work during the Civil Rights movement. A Milwaukee program hopes to provide alternatives to violence for those at risk of joining gangs. The chair of the Menominee tribe Glen Miller discusses their fight for treaty rights and Wisconsin becomes the center of the national welfare debate.
