Bike rental.
This is the Apple Capital Loop Trail right outside of Pybus Public Market.
Ten miles, three bridges, two rivers.
Let's see.
Let's explore.
And just like that, I've crossed the Columbia River.
You see that bridge over there?
That was made for that pipeline, which brought all the water to grow those delicious apples.
These are the sand dunes.
Remember that river?
It's right over there.
And this is what it would look like without that pipeline.
Crossed the Columbia again!
This is Confluence State Park.
Let's go check out the next bridge.
That is the Wenatchee River.
And here is where it meets the Columbia.
Also known as the Confluence.
Biked all the way to Walla Walla.
Walla Walla Point Park, that is.
This place is awesome.
A spit where you can walk into the river.
Swimming hole.
Beach.
Playground.
And over here, play ball.
And if you need a break from biking, you can explore a garden.
This is what's called a xeriscape.
It's a low water garden maintained by the area's master gardeners.
So we've just about completed the loop.
And whether you're exploring by bike or by foot.
Wenatchee Valley has something for you.
It really is nature's outdoor playground.
I'm Angela.
Thanks for exploring.
I'll see ya.
