The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reports that 11 roads were still closed and Carlisle, Fulton Graves and Hickman Counties as of 9 a.m. this morning.
W CLTV reports some roads were washed out.
Some were blocked by falling trees.
Parts of western Kentucky received 11 inches of rain in 24 hours last Wednesday, setting a state record.
