On October 21st Halyna Hutchins, a cinematographer working on the set of the western film “Rust,” was tragically shot and killed by actor Alec Baldwin after he fired a revolver he’d been told was safe but actually contained live ammunition. Tonight we discuss the tragedy and how to prevent a similar future incident with award-winning NY and LA cinematographer Nancy Schreiber.
