A new survey published in USA Today found Wisconsin is the “drunkest” state in the country, with the top-four drunkest cities in the state. Discussing some of the issues that arise with such a heavy drinking culture is Jim Pearson of Journey Mental Health. He says that the demographics of binge drinkers is shifting from high schoolers to adults.
