Gov. Scott Walker launched his reelection bid last weekend, though noticeably absent from his speech was any mention of the nearly $3 billion Foxconn deal he signed on Friday. Mordecai Lee, professor at UW Milwaukee, lends his insight into the decision, saying "Walker is such a good politician, there is always a reason."
