Manitowoc-Two Rivers: Trees & Fish

Clip: Special | 7m 19s

Geography and resources influenced early settlement and economy of Manitowoc-Two Rivers.

A tremendous fishery and abundant forestlands gave the first settlers an early foothold in the commercial economy, which included fishing, lumber harvesting, sawmills and leather tanning. (Part 2/8)
