State Budget Standoff Remains Unresolved.

Clip: Season 1600 Episode 1602 | 31sVideo has Closed Captions

Senate Republicans have largely agreed to Gov. Scott Walker’s demand for no new taxes or fees and propose to borrow more than $700 million to keep construction projects on course. Assembly Republicans, however, are hesitant to borrow.
