Each spring, the Wharton Center hosts the Ovation Awards, also known as the Michigan chapter of the National High School Musical Theater Awards. This is a brief behind the scenes look, as fifty students from the state of Michigan spend two intensive days training with Broadway Professionals for the chance to win Best Female and Best Male performer in the Ovation Awards.
