Linda Ewald, co-chair of the Kentucky Death Penalty Assessment Team, will discuss the recent two-year review of the Kentucky capital punishment system. The review found the system was riddled with errors and inadequate in assuring innocent people were not executed. Ewald is professor emeritus of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
