We explore a Sydney’s Sweets, a custom cake shop in West Hempstead, Long Island. Manny the Bubbleman, a Central Park entertainer, brings a bubbly experience to his park visitors. We highlight “Dance- The Next Generation,” a program that not only teaches ballet, but gives students the discipline to succeed in school, and we meet artist Jeff Suntala, who uses the digital highway to create art.
