Richlyn Barnhart & Laura-Ashley Shaw didn't plan to become welders when they graduated high school, but when their mothers suggested they try this non-traditional career they did it at Tallahassee Community College. TCC now has a program called OppHerTunity to encourage women to consider and train for occupations traditionally done by men. Kimberly Moore with TCC Workforce Innovation also talks.
