Most businesses are adapting to the new hybrid workforce, but some big banks are refusing

"We are never going back to the pre-pandemic world," said Dan Cassino, Executive Director of the FDU Poll. According to a recent FDU survey, 26% of those who are working from home said they won’t ever go back full-time while 27% have already returned to the workplace and 28% will work a hybrid schedule.
