It’s an election year which means the Florida Legislature gets an early start arguing a litany of items in this session. Aside from expected budget negotiations, lawmakers will be addressing a few contentious issues, including bills allowing guns on college campuses, Medicaid expansion and changes to the state’s testing system for students.
