Two competing referendums will hit the ballots in Broward this November.

Broward residents are being asked to open their pocketbooks again in November as two competing referendums hit the ballot while one is earmarked for transportation and the other is tagged for infrastructure. Both claim similar goals like easing South Florida’s crazy traffic gridlock. So will voters be confused or just fed up?
