A Florida Libertarian candidate and should the Children's Services Council still exist?

According to the latest Quinnipiac Poll, former chairman of the Libertarian Party of Florida, Adrian Wyllie, has 9% of the vote. His strongest support from independent voters who had previously supported for Democrat Charlie Crist. In November, Broward voters will be asked if the Children's Services Council should remain in existence.
