Pot Possession Fine Possible - Broward & Palm Beach

Special | 6m 17sVideo has Closed Captions

Broward and Palm Beach County gave initial approval to new ordinances on pot possession.

This week, both Broward and Palm Beach County Commissioners gave initial approval of new ordinances that could see those caught with up to 20 grams of marijuana, be given a citation in place of jail time -- similar to measures already passed in Miami-Dade County and the City of West Palm Beach. While both proposals still face final votes, some are concerned this is decriminalizing the drug.
