A judge ruled this week that City of Miami Commissioner Michelle Spence-Jones cannot seek re-election in November because she has already served her two terms in office. A group of protesters continue to sit outside Governor Rick Scott's office saying they won't leave until the “Stand Your Ground” law is repealed in Florida.
