David Cao, Violin – Finalist in the 2014 Bolz Young Artist Competition.
David Cao, a finalist in the 2014 Bolz Young Artist Competition, is a sophomore at Madison Memorial High School. He began studying violin at the age of six. In 2013, David won both the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra’s Young Artist Concerto Competition and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Stars of Tomorrow Concerto Competition, and placed 2nd in the LaCrosse Symphony Orchestra’s Rising Stars Concerto.
