Lauren McNeel, Oboe – Finalist in the 2013 Bolz Young Artist Competition.
Lauren McNeel, a finalist in the 2013 Bolz Young Artist Competition, is a junior at Madison West High School. She has been playing oboe since sixth grade. Last year, Lauren served as first chair oboist in the Wisconsin High School State Honors Orchestra and recently became a finalist in the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra’s 2013 Concerto Competition.
