This year marks the 15th anniversary of the death of Matthew Shepard. As more and more states embrace same-sex marriage, there are signs that Wyoming is edging in the same direction. Other signs: a gay marriage bill that did better than expected in the last legislature, and the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that struck down the Defense of Marriage Act.
