William Ruckelshaus has led an extraordinary public life, serving twice as the Administrator of the EPA, Deputy Director of the FBI, and playing a courageous role in the final days of the Watergate scandal. In more recent years, he has joined with the University of Wyoming in establishing the Ruckelshaus Institute which is dedicated to research and innovation in environmental issues.
