The August event will welce thousands of in-person gues this year following a mosty virtual festival in 2020 at Music Fest is the first priority.

Cassi Hilgert is presidentd CEO of ArtsQuest, the nonpt organization hosting Music Fest.

She says she's working cloy with Bethlehem health direr Kristen Wenrich.

Hilgert says most of the sy measures were establish whn organizers decided to do an in-person event earlier ths year.

But they are asking peopleo follow state guidelines.

There's a lot of self responsibility.

When we lifted the mask mae and when the mitigation efs went away, we knew that Pennsylvanians were going o have to make decisions for themselves on what they fes safe for them, their famil, their community and asking isn't required to attend Mc Fest.

But the CDC recommends peoe in areas with substantial s like Northampton County shd wear masks indoors regardls of vaccination status.

So we are going to have cleaning throughout the festival.
