A study from AARP Pennsylva shows that those caring foa loved one pay on average at $7,000 a year out of pocker caregiving expenses.
AARP volunteer Valetta Bran cared for her own mother ad father and now offers guide to those doing the same.
What's happened here is the fact that some caregivers e had to actually leave their jobs because of they're log to take care of family mems so that they can remain in their home.
They're looking at how to y to keep them out of nursing homes or out of hospitals.
Branson says AARP is backia bill and Washington that wd give caregivers a 5000 additional tax break per y.
She says a pandemic has tan an even greater toll on the people.

Once upon a time before the Covid caregivers were ableo depend on some of the senir centers or have someone toe in their homes to help them with their loved ones.
But again, with the pandemo much closed down, Branson s the most important thing a caregiver can do is take ce of themselves.
She adds, being well inford about the person they are taking care of is another p priority.
