NINE PBS PROGRAMS NOMINATED FOR JACKSON WILD MEDIA AWARDS

Arlington, VA; August 4, 2025--The Jackson Wild Media Awards, often called the Oscars® of nature films, announced the finalists for 2025. PBS programs received nine nominations across several categories celebrating excellence and innovation in nature, science and conservation storytelling. Finalists include Human Footprint, select episodes from NATURE and NOVA, and the upcoming program SHARED PLANET. The full list of PBS finalists is below.  

The winners will be announced on October 2 at the Jackson Wild Media Awards Gala in downtown Jackson Hole.
