Arlington, VA; May 9, 2023 -- The Peabody Awards Board of Jurors announced the 35 winners representing the most compelling and empowering stories released in broadcasting, streaming, and interactive media during 2022. PBS earned the most with six wins, followed by Apple TV+ and Disney+ with three each.
FRONTLINE received three of the six wins, INDEPENDENT LENS received two, and PBS NEWSHOUR received one.
The winners of the 83rd annual Peabody Awards will be celebrated on Sunday, June 11 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.
