Arlington, VA; June 9, 2022 – The board of jurors announced the 82nd Peabody Winners this week, honoring stories that powerfully reflect the pressing social issues and the vibrant emerging voices of our day. PBS was honored with six Peabody Awards, more than any other organization; proving PBS continues to present “stories that matter.” The winning programs include INDEPENDENT LENS, NEWSHOUR, POV and FRONTLINE.
