On the passing of longtime SESAME STREET actor and performer, Bob McGrath, PBS President and CEO Paula Kerger offered the following statement:
“Bob McGrath brought music, joy, and lessons of community to children nationwide through his work as an original SESAME STREET cast member and mainstay across the series for decades. His songs, and his legacy on public broadcasting and with families across the country, will live on for generations to come. He will be missed.”
