Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship(lively jazz music) - Hi, I'm Charlene Foggie-Barnett, and this is my teachable moment.
My teachable moment is inspired by famous photographer Charles Teenie Harris.
Teenie Harris photographed friends, family, and famous people in Pittsburgh for over four decades.
Teenie even took pictures of me and my family when I was young.
So how do you capture someone's personality in a photograph?
Well, your family member could hold up a belonging and that means something special to them, like a photograph or a mug, anything really.
And then you become the photographer.
Grab a camera or your phone, take the shot, and look at what you get.
I bet you come out with some great results.
