Narcan (generic name naloxone) is simple to deliver and can save the life of someone overdosing on opioids. 41 states allow pharmacists to dispense it to caregivers and family members of high risk patients. Health Matters panelists Dan Getz, DO; Lora Jasman, MD and Bob Lutz, MD explain.
