For many years wetlands and swamps were neglected, polluted, even used as dumps. Ryan Hall oversees land conservation for the Wolf River Conservancy, helping to preserve and restore the wetlands environment. This also provides spaces for outdoor recreation, from river paddling to cycling in greenline parks along the water, that put us in touch with nature.
