Bay City is in the midst of a beautiful transformation. The downtown is constantly bustling with new activity and storefronts. But one staple along the riverfront has been there for decades; the 85 foot schooner Appledore. While this historic and classic ship does have a new captain, its core message about preservation and environmental conservation remains the same.
