Her role at Prince of Glory Lutheran Church fell into her lap when they were looking for an African-American Pastor. She has always known the church as a diverse place for people to worship. It wasn't until she came to Minnesota and saw that most Lutherans were white with Swedish and Norwegian backgrounds.
