My daughter is almost three years old and already has favorite books she loves to read together.
There are many benefits that come from rereading a story to a child, or when an independent reader wants to reread a favorite book.
The more we engage with the book, the more we take away from it.
When kids listen to the same story multiple times, they pick up new information and dive deeper into the meaning of the book.
