The River Rat Rhythm Project Steel Drum Band.
The River Rat Rhythm Project Steel Drum Band is a community group made up of nearly 50 members who range in age from 6 to 70. These students and adults come from all over the North Country of New York to bring the distinctive Caribbean sound of the steel drum to Northern New York. RRRP plays traditional island tunes and contemporary arrangements for steel band.
