Alfred Tibor, a Holocaust survivor, gifted three of his sculptures to Upper Arlington.

Alfred Tibor, a Bexley resident and Holocaust survivor, recently gifted three of his sculptures to the city of Upper Arlington. He has been known to say that “life is a celebration” and that his works are meant to evoke human emotion, and so it seems fitting that they should be placed outside the Miller Park Library.
