This session builds upon approaches of Mirrors, Windows and Sliding Doors aligning to Dialogic Reading and NC Foundations to support the construction of an equitable literacy footing for all children. Participants will reflect on using literacy to promote children’s positive self-identity, awareness and appreciation of their culture and culture of others, and support development of inclusivity.
