Block Island in the North Atlantic off the coast of Rhode Island is the arena for a spectacular blue fish show. Special guest, Mike Russell, is joined by Craig Guanya and Bill aboard the sport fishing boat, Wishbone. Mike, an amputee, displays humor and enthusiasm as he and Bill get into a personal fishing contest in which the viwer comes off the winner.
