Terri Allard talks with Jon Nafziger about Child Health Partnership, an organization that partners with families to build a nurturing home environment and promote the health and well-being of children. A trained staff of nurses and parenting educators supports families with limited resources from the communities of Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna and Louisa, VA through home visits.
