♪ - Good morning.
I'm Jim of Zak's Chocolate.
And I just want to show quickly where chocolate comes from.
This is a cocoa pod which grows on a tree called the cacao tree.
This is how the cocoa beans come.
They're in the pod and you can hear them inside.
- Oh... - Isn't that crazy?
Tastes nothing like chocolate.
- I'd rather eat Play-Doh.
Después, necesitas quitarle la cáscara del cacao.
- We've gone through several different versions of how we crack the bean.
- Then what we did is we bought a device that was a little hand crank, okay?
This combines the two together.
We have a juicer that actually cracks them and then a vacuum that sucks away or... off the husk.
We use this contraption that we actually built at home because nobody makes anything to do this for small scale like we are.
They only make really big, big versions of this and they are just way too expensive.
- I like it.
- I'm like in heaven.
- This is so good.
This is the best thing so far.
