- Hi, I'm Lindsay, The Starry Messenger, and this is my teachable moment.

I love to tell stories about science through circus arts.

And I'm going to demonstrate how you can put yourself into motion to tell a science story with circus flare.

Scientists map the night sky with 88 constellations which are areas of the sky in which we draw dot-to-dot pictures with the stars.

I like to make poses with my body that look like some of the different constellations like Cepheus, the king, (upbeat music) Cassiopeia, the queen, and Andromeda, the princess.

The great thing is, you can make these shapes in all sorts of different ways.

So experiment with the poses that feel safe and comfortable in your body.
