It’s late September and harvest time on Evergreen Farm. Larry digs the potatoes and discusses some of the different varieties. Anstace digs carrots, beets, onions, and Jerusalem Artichokes and tells how to store them for the winter. Fall is also a time for planting and garden helper Patsy Buys plants daffodil bulbs. Anstace makes a vegetable casserole for lunch, using fresh veggies and herbs.
