Isaac Aragon has gone from gang banging in his North Denver neighborhood to becoming a coach and mentor for young people who live there. Now, as a case manager at Denver's Life Line Program, Isaac has the opportunity to work with kids who were just like him, to instill the importance of an education and making good choices in life.
