Two Republican senators have introduced a bill that would prevent critical race theory from being taught in New Jersey public schools. Even though it currently is not part of the curriculum in New Jersey classrooms, the subject has sparked outrage at school board meetings and became a topic of discussion in the recent governor’s election.
