When Daniel is upset that he can't go to the carnival, Mom and Dad Tiger encourage him to ask questions about what's happening. Daniel wants to know: why can't he go to the carnival? Dad says that that they can't get together with their whole neighborhood right now. They're staying apart so they don't accidentally spread germs. Mom reassures Daniel that grownups are here to keep him safe.
