Daniel is so excited to be going to the clock factory with his Dad that it's hard for him to calm down. But he has to calm down to eat his breakfast. And the Trolley won't go until he is sitting down and his seatbelt is buckled. He learns to give himself a squeeze and take a deep breath and that helps him calm down.
