I'm Dan and I grew up in a little town called Dietrich, Idaho, and one of the main sources for entertainment was, our television, which we've got sometimes three, mostly two channels in.
And one of them was, Idaho Public Television.
You know, my, my sister and I would sing along with the songs on Mister Rogers Neighborhood or on, you know, on to with, with some of the characters on Sesame Street.
I found my mom's baritone ukulele in a closet in this old farmhouse that we lived in, and I started just playing along with everything that it, that I heard.
And so, of course, I'm sure there's a few times where I was picking out the melody to, you know, {SINGING} sunny days sweeping the clouds , you know, looking, looking for those notes.
Some of the music that I remember from early childhood was the the stuff that was on Idaho Public Television, and that's my Idaho Public Television story.
